Vivo leads the way in sustainability
Muse Developments in partnership with sister company and five-star house builder, Lovell, are showing their support for Green Week (22 to 25 May), an annual conference dedicated to tackling European environmental issues, by highlighting the sought-after eco features they are bringing to Vivo.
Vivo, on Northshore Road in Stockton-on-Tess has been chosen to showcase Muse Developments' and Lovells’ homes of the future, which are equipped with highly desirable eco features that look after the environment while being subtly hidden away in the home.
Every home at Vivo is designed to reduce carbon emissions and has a number of features that harness natural resources in order to promote sustainability, such as photovoltaic roof tiles, rainwater harvesting facilities, cavity wall insulation and heat recovery system and SmartMeters.
David Caught, sales and marketing director at Muse Developments, said: “Leading the way in energy efficiency in the north is our priority at Vivo and we’ve pulled out all of the stops to ensure this development offers something not previously seen in Stockton.”
All homes at this landmark development are being built to Level Four of the Code for Sustainable Homes, ensuring each one accommodates modern lifestyles, as well as the needs of the natural environment.
Sustainable lifestyles are also encouraged at Vivo as every home features cycle storage and easy access to paths, while the lifetime homes now available have been created with consideration for the environment thanks to measured water consumption and limited dust pollution.
