Reading planning application submitted
Muse Developments has now submitted a detailed planning application to Reading Borough Council for the second phase of development at Chatham Place, the company's £100m mixed-use scheme at the western end of Reading town centre.
The application includes proposals for the tallest residential building in Reading.
The scheme, which was launched at a public exhibition in February, completes the Chatham Place development.
It comprises two further residential buildings of 9 and 19 storeys with ground floor retail, a public urban garden and improvements to highways, pedestrian linkages to the town centre and the landscaping of the Chatham Street roundabout.
