No.4 St Paul’s Square wins prestigious award
English Cities Fund (ECf) - a joint venture between Muse Developments, Legal & General and the Homes & Communities Agency - is celebrating No.4 St Paul’s Square beating off strong competition to scoop the award for best office development at the UK Property Awards 2012.
The £34m development, with its striking architecture, is the final phase of development at St Paul’s Square which has already established itself as a world class business location for Liverpool. The 109,000 sq ft Grade ‘A’ office building, which was designed by RHWL, is located right in the heart of Liverpool’s new business district and is Merseyside’s first speculatively built BREEAM Excellent building.
The UK Property Awards are part of the established International Property Awards and, later this year, the highest scoring winners from the UK Property Awards will compete against other winning companies from Europe, Asia Pacific, Africa, the Americas and Arabia to find the world’s best in each category.
Stuart Shield, president of the International Property Awards, said: “The quality of entries has been extremely high once again and there’s no doubt that any company winning one of these awards has shown exceptional levels of professionalism and competence in their respective field.”
Upon the announcement, Darran Lawless, development director at ECf commented: “We are extremely pleased to hear that No.4 St Paul’s Square is a winner at this year's UK Property Awards. To see the design and quality of the development recognised is a great acheivement, especially following our recent BCO award win in May.”
