Muse shortlisted for Yorkshire Property Awards
Muse Developments’ Logic Leeds scheme is a finalist in this year’s Yorkshire Property Awards.
Muse’s pre-let of a 361,000 sq ft unit to a high-profile global retailer has been shortlisted for ‘Industrial Deal of the Year’. Logic is Muse’s flagship, £150m, 110-acre industrial and distribution development by Junction 45 of the M1.
The deal underlines the strength of the burgeoning West Yorkshire industrial property market and demonstrates the success of the wider Logic development, whose occupiers also include household names such as John Lewis and Premier Farnell.
The annual event, organised by Variety, helps to raise thousands of pounds for the charity, which works to help sick, disabled and disadvantaged children.
James Scott, development director at Muse, said: “The Yorkshire Property Awards is one of the biggest industry events of the year in the region, so we are very proud to have been selected by the judges as a finalist.
“Our Logic development has gone from strength to strength over the past couple of years and this particular deal is a prime example of its continuing success.”
The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony at Rudding Park on Thursday 30 April.
