Muse shortlisted for three Property Week Awards
Muse has been shortlisted in an impressive three categories at this year’s national Property Week Awards.
Following an unprecedented number of entries, Muse made the shortlist for Developer of the Year after a successful 2018 delivering transformative regeneration schemes across the UK.
Muse’s flagship industrial scheme, Logic Leeds, has been shortlisted in the Deal of the Year category, thanks to a 361,000 sq ft pre-letting to Premier Farnell, which was forward funded by Aberdeen Standard Investments.
Millbay, a regeneration scheme being delivered by The English Cities Fund – a partnership between Muse, Legal & General and Homes England – has also made the finals for the Placemaking Award. The project is transforming Plymouth’s former dockside area, with more than 400 new homes, new businesses, a new 1,000-pupil creative arts school and the impressive new King Point Marina.
Matt Crompton, joint managing director at Muse Developments, said: “The Property Week Awards is one of the biggest industry events in the property calendar, so we are very proud to be shortlisted in three categories this year.
“We aim to deliver best-in-class developments, so it’s great to have them recognised on a national stage. We’re looking forward to finding out the winners at the awards ceremony in April.”
The winners will be announced at a prestigious awards ceremony which will take place on 24 April at the Grosvenor House hotel in London.
