Muse achieves top marks for sustainability
Muse staff have passed an online UK-GBC course on sustainability in the built environment with flying colours! On average Muse performed above the industry average with a pass rate of over 91% and in several individual cases achieved a score of 100%.
The course, completed by all development surveyors and project managers during 2011, focused on providing an understanding of current environmental/ sustainable thinking and was delivered by the UK-GBC’s Sustainability Training & Education Programme in partnership with the College of Estate Management.
Mike Payton, for Muse Developments said: “At Muse we believe that sustainability is at the heart of successful regeneration. We have chosen to announce Muse’s course results during Green Week (22 to 25 May), an annual conference dedicated to tackling European environmental issues to show our support and to underline our continued commitment to moving the sustainability agenda forward.”
