Restoring civic pride

Talbot Gateway is part of our wider £100 million regeneration of this part of Blackpool, delivered in partnership with Blackpool Council. Once complete, it will reposition a key area of the town centre as an exciting new commercial and leisure quarter.

Built on partnership

Right on the doorstep on the train station, Talbot Gateway’s renaissance will provide a much warmer and more impressive welcome to visitors and commuters flooding in to this part of Blackpool.

Our Partners

A proper mixed-use neighbourhood

The new neighbourhood provides a Holiday Inn hotel, Grade A office space accommodating over 1,000 employees, a Sainsbury’s supermarket, alongside a number of smaller retail and leisure units, a new transport interchange and extensive public realm improvements.
