Talbot Gateway is part of our wider £100 million regeneration scheme we’re delivering in partnership with Blackpool Council, that once complete, will repurpose a key area of the town centre into an exciting commercial and leisure quarter.
The scheme includes over 1.1 million sq ft of development including a Holiday Inn hotel, grade A office space, accommodating over 1,000 employees, a Sainsbury's supermarket, alongside a number retail and leisure units, a new transport interchange and extensive public realm improvements.
