Project Description

Through English Cities Fund (ECf), Muse has established a new sustainable and mixed-use community at Rathbone Market as part of the Canning Town & Custom House Regeneration Area programme.

Newham Council is the landowner and ECf has entered into a development agreement with the Council to enable delivery of this important catalyst scheme. 652 new homes have been delivered, in three phases, along with ground floor retail space. The development also includes two public squares, purpose-built facilities for market traders and a new public library and community centre.

Further phases are now being pursued.
