Project Description

The first three phases of predominantly residential development at Millbay are now complete and planning permission has been secured for a further phase which will see regeneration continuing on the eastern side of the historic former docks.

Plot A2 will feature a mix of 137 houses and apartments with associated parking.

Millbay now has new homes, new businesses, the new 1,000-pupil Plymouth School of Creative Arts, a 171-berth King Point Marina and the successful Dock Restaurant, all contributing to an increasingly busy and vibrant local community.

Work to build a block of flats for the elderly commenced in April 2017. When finished, 10 apartments will be put on the market with the remaining 70 available for affordable rent.
