Project Description

At Northshore, a variety of public and private spaces offer a range of uses that take advantage of the site’s south facing waterfront location and proximity to the town centre: 

  • The Gateway site establishes new links and routes between the main part of the site and the town centre and delivers Grade A office accommodation 
  • The Link site provides further office space and an east-west connection between the town centre, Gateway, Riverside and Heart sites 
  • The Riverside site runs the entire length of the river front between the Princess Diana Bridge and Infinity Bridge. It provides a high quality setting for bars, cafes, restaurants and hotels and up to 150,000 sq ft of offices with spectacular views. 

With a first phase of residential development already complete, we are now on site with a second residential phase called 'Vivo' - delivering a further 76 two, three and four bedroom homes constructed to CfSH Level 3. The scheme's first two commercial buildings - comprising 43,000 sq ft of headquarter offices for Thirteen Group and a new Innovation Centre called 'Fusion Hive' - are now complete.

Planning permission has been secured for a 125-bed Hampton by Hilton hotel, which is scheduled to open in 2018.  The hotel will be owned by Stockton Council, bringing £6.7m per year into the local economy and creating around 100 jobs for local people.
