Project Description

Logic Leeds offers 1.4 million sq ft of development space (including some smaller ‘own front door’ units) for large-scale manufacturers, wholesalers and distributors, on virtual freehold or leasehold terms.

The scheme is served by the east Leeds link road (A63), connecting Leeds’ inner ring road with the M1 at junction 45.

An 80,000 sq ft building, let to Amazon, and a 50,500 sq ft distribution hub for John Lewis are both now complete.

Over one third of all land available for future industrial use in the West Yorkshire sub-region is located within the Aire Valley, making the area of key importance to the future prosperity of Leeds.
