Proximity to the airport and the quality of accommodation has been a key location factor for many of the occupiers at Cheadle Royal, who include Capita, Balfour Beatty, Jacobs Engineering, De Vere, Whitbread, Regus, Trinity Pharmaceuticals, Jerrold Holdings and Agilent Technologies.

A wide range of amenities has been developed at the park by Muse, including a health club, crèche, restaurants, bars and hotels. John Lewis, Sainsbury’s, banks and a wide range of shopping facilities are available close by.
