South Rings is now central Lancashire’s premier business park. Several developments have been completed on the 37 acre park including B&Q, a Premier Inn hotel, a Burger King restauraunt, the Walton Fox pub and, most recently, a 36,000 sq ft office headquarters for Places for People.
The remainder of the site is available for further office or mixed use development.
