This outstanding new development in a prime residential area of Bearsden has been developed around the new Bearsden Academy, built by Morgan Sindall, and will have a ‘campus’ style.
Following a complex planning negotiation, including obtaining consent to demolish the Grade A listed former St Andrews campus, the agreed scheme received full detailed planning consent from East Dunbartonshire Council in June 2011.
In joint venture with Miller Homes, we will provide 63 family houses and 24 two-bedroom flats utilising the most cost-effective new technology to maximise the sustainability of the whole development.
The international healthcare company, Bupa, will be developing a new, specialist care home on an area of the site.
