Status

In 1994 Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council granted overall planning permission for Muse Developments’ plans at Cheadle Royal Business Park.

Muse has since developed a detailed phased Masterplan Statement based upon the strategy agreed with Stockport MBC.  Once completed, Cheadle Royal will accommodate c.660,000 sq ft of development within 27 ha of parkland.

With the recent completion of Oakfield phases 1 to 3, the area over the stream corridor has now been opened up to development.

Future phases of development can be accommodated on either Oakfield 4 or Plot 4000 Royal Crescent.

The quality of the infrastructure, landscape and buildings within Cheadle Royal reflect Muse’s aspiration to create the premier business park in the North West.
