Sale to Conferma completes

We have now completed the sale of a 6,500 sq ft office building at Cheadle Royal to the virtual card payment technology company, Conferma.

It is the latest sale to be agreed at Oakfield, the most recent phase of office development, and follows the arrival of student accommodation business, Mansion Group, which moved to the business park last year following the successful letting of a 10,000 sq ft office building.

Conferma, which has 28 employees, expects to relocate from its Didsbury premises within the next six to eight weeks.

Oakfield 3 comprises five self-contained office buildings, ranging in size from 6,500 to 10,000 sq ft.
