Oakfield 3

Oakfield 3 comprises five self contained office buildings ranging in size from 6,510 sq ft to 10,000 square feet. The buildings are available for purchase or lease.

The Site

Oakfield Phase 3 is situated adjacent to Oakfield Phase 2 and has been designed to include a landscaped square with an existing mature oak tree. The site is accessed via a road bridge incorporating cantilevered walkways.
