Muse Developments has a development portfolio comprising 31 UK projects, the majority of which are being undertaken in partnership with public sector landowners through development agreement or joint venture arrangements.
These projects have a total area in excess of 20 million square feet and an end value of over £3.7 billion. We have also been selected for projects worth a further £1 billion, bringing our total portfolio to around 25 million square feet of mixed-use space.
