Oakfield 3 now complete

The third phase of Oakfield at Cheadle Royal is now complete, offering five high specification office buildings ranging in size from 6,500 to 10,000 square feet.

We are pleased to report that the international hearing care company, Ascent Investments, has already purchased one of the buildings.

The Oakfield concept has been extremely successful, with the first two phases being entirely sold.  Designed by Bennett Architects, the 2 storey buidings have classic clean design lines and impressive levels of quality and finish.

Buildings are available to lease or purchase, and are being marketed by DTZ and Lambert Smith Hampton.
