Muse has appointed Jones Lang LaSalle to sell the 77 apartments at the next phase of the Smithfield regeneration scheme in Manchester's Northern Quarter.

Construction is well underway at One Smithfield Square which includes a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments and more than 6,000 sq ft of ground floor commercial space.

Muse has also committed to an initial stage of shell restoration and refurbishment of the grade 2-listed building known locally as the Mackie Mayor owned by Manchester City Council.
