Home buyers have a fantastic chance this month to find out how the Government-backed Help to Buy and NewBuy schemes can give them a helping hand to buy a new home at English Cities Funds (ECf) stunning Cargo 2 development at Millbay.

A special open evening is being held from 4-7pm at the Cargo 2 Sales Office in Millbay Road on Thursday May 23 featuring information and advice on the schemes, which are aimed towards helping people get their foot on the property ladder as well as existing property owners who thought they had been frozen out of the market.

Both Help to Buy and NewBuy are open to all homebuyers, not just first time buyers, and offer the opportunity to take advantage of deposits from as low as 5%.

An Independent Financial advisor will be on hand to help home buyers check they are eligible for either of the schemes, to explain how they work and even help with the application process and mortgage advice. The Cargo 2 sales team will also be ready to offer advice on Cargo 2’s range of high quality apartments and townhouses, which will be completed in early summer.
