Letting to student property specialists
We have let a 10,000 sq ft office building at Cheadle Royal to the student accommodation specialists, Mansion Group.
This is the third deal to be agreed on the latest phase of the highly successful Oakfield concept, which provides flexible stand-alone Grade A accommodation at the North West’s premier business park. The latest deal follows the arrival of award-winning accountancy practice, Clarke Nicklin, and international hearing care company, Ascent Investments.
Mansion Group, which has 50 employees and operates a property portfolio of over 1,300 beds, will relocate its head office from Manchester city centre. The company joins a host of other illustrious companies at the prestigious business park, including Umbro, Capita, Agilent and DeVere.

“As a result of an excellent performance and growth – and with plans to acquire further property within the top 30 university cities – we needed significantly more space to support our business development. Cheadle Royal’s unrivalled reputation and first-rate transport links also played a significant part in our decision.”

Oakfield 3 comprises five self-contained office buildings, ranging in size from 6,500 to 10,000 sq ft. The well detailed, two storey pavilion style buildings – designed by Bennett Architects – are available for purchase or lease.
