The masterplan allows for a mix of uses, comprising predominantly high quality offices, although there are also plans for a hotel, pub, amenity building/ restaurant and new day nursery.

In addition, the business park benefits from planning consent for high quality industrial and distribution uses to the north of the park, accessed from the Omega Boulevard roundabout.
