Availability

The Clearwater phase of development has been completed, and all four units have been let and sold.  Detailed planning permission for a fifth building on this phase has been obtained, and this c18,000 sq ft building is available for let or sale. 

In addition, design and build opportunities exist for buildings ranging from 6,000 to 100,000 sq ft.

Plans are also being developed for the next phase of development, Constance, which will be located adjacent to the new NW Regional Fire Control Centre.  This will comprise four office buildings.
