Eurocentral, Mossend

Extending over an area of 650 acres and located in the heart of Lanarkshire’s ‘Golden Triangle’, Eurocentral is one of Scotland's key commercial developments - the location of Scotland’s first Channel Tunnel railfreight terminal - and capable of accommodating around 7 million sq ft of commercial space.

Eurocentral’s dedicated junction on the A8/M8 provides immediate access in all directions to the main Glasgow/ Edinburgh arterial route, linking with the motorway network and offering excellent distribution and commuter routes north, via the M73, and south via the M74 (M6). With its impressive tree lined boulevard and established landscaping, Eurocentral provides a unique mix of site and space for warehousing/ distribution, manufacturing and business users to work together.

Eurocentral offers a wide range of solutions to meet occupiers' requirements, with flexible design and build packages available on a leasehold or freehold basis for units up to 400,000 sq ft. In addition, the Eurocentral Advance Build Programme has units available for immediate occupation ranging in size from 40,000 to 122,200 sq ft for those companies requiring high specification warehousing/ distribution facilities.
