Final piece of the Clearwater jigsaw
Lingley Mere Business Park in Warrington is continuing to outperform the market with news that its successful Clearwater phase is now fully let.
Joint venture partners Muse Developments and United Utilities Property Solutions today announced that MWH UK has taken the last remaining building comprising 9,044 sq ft.
The deal marks the final piece of the jigsaw in the development which comprises 54,578 sq ft of high quality office accommodation in four buildings.
Due to the success of the scheme the joint venture partners are progressing plans for an 18,500 sq ft building, which will complete this area of the park.
Phil Mayall, Senior Development Surveyor at Muse Developments, said: “The successful completion of the Clearwater phase combined with the new UU Shared Service Centre and Regional Fire Control Centre buildings is testament to the superb business environment provided by Lingley Mere.
“This is further reinforced by the fact that for two years running, Lingley Mere will have recorded the single largest letting in the Warrington office market.”
“Clearwater is an ideal location for MWH to expand our presence in the North West and build on our relationships with existing and new clients across the region”
Lingley Mere, which currently provides 380,000 sq ft of high quality office accommodation, is set within 100 acres of parkland. When complete, it will provide more than 1 million sq ft of high quality office accommodation.
