Management

The estate grounds are maintained and managed by the Cheadle Royal Management Company.  The purpose-built management centre is manned on a 24 hour basis to proved a comprehensive service to occupiers and visitors alike.

Cheadle Royal Management Company is currently controlled by Muse and is responsible for all day to day management issues on the Park, including maintenance, repairs and security.

Security is more and more an issue to today’s office occupiers.  At Cheadle Royal there are CCTV cameras positioned at strategic locations around the park and monitored from a centralised control room in the management centre.

New occupiers can link into the park CCTV system and the 24 hr/ 7 day warden patrols.
