Working with Central Salford URC, Salford City Council and Urban Vision, we plan to create a new gateway to the city centre. This will link the University to Spinningfields through a revitalised Chapel Street and a high value, high density corporate centre.

New public and green spaces will provide a new setting for some of Salford’s finest architecture. New homes, shops, cafes and leisure opportunities will create new vistas along Chapel Street. Masterplanning is well underway, along with land assembly and implementation planning. Active and positive collaboration with local land owners and residents will be a critical element for success.
