Project Description

Phase One comprised 125,000 sq ft of prime office space, 50 apartments, a restaurant and a 400 space car park, all overlooking a new public square. The second phase office building is clad in large dark bronze anodised panels with wrap-around strip windows at each stair landing. The third and final phase office building, No.4 St Paul’s Square, delivered over 100,000 sq ft of grade A, column-free floor space and achieving BREEAM Excellent despite being an all glass building. The combination of 26% energy savings, rigorous waste management during construction, a bio-diverse green roof, strict water saving specifications and a commitment to the Considerate Contractors scheme helped the building achieve a score of 77 BREEAM points.
