This is a radical scheme to build a new commercial district, new housing and a refreshed high street within sight of Canary Wharf. Adjacent to London’s only 4-way modal transport interchange it is within the Thames Gateway and Olympic areas.

Our partner, Newham Council, is the major landowner, and ECf has acquired two other key sites to help kick start the scheme. We are discussing and refining our proposals for more than a million sq ft of mixed-use floorspace (including almost 1,000 new homes) with the Council and the London Thames Gateway UDC, which was established as planning and public funding authority to take forward major schemes in the area with local partners.
