About Us

Partnerships

Muse Developments capitalises on its specialist regeneration expertise by bringing together different regeneration stakeholders in partnership to create value. Our resources, leadership and vision have combined to help release latent potential in many now landmark sites, often in urban fringe areas where profitable development has not been immediately obvious.

Our traditional business model involves working in partnership with landowners, often from the public sector. We are actively engaged right from the start of the development process and seek to add value through the provision of initial infrastructure rather than large upfront land payments. Working with the public sector often involves open book accounting and sharing profits by way of overage payments.

In addition to our scheme-specific partnerships, we are an integral part of two highly successful strategic partnerships:

We are a partner in Isis Waterside Regeneration, a joint venture with The Canal & River Trust (formerly British Waterways) established to unlock the development potential of the nation’s waterways.

We are a partner in, and development manager for, English Cities Fund (ECf) - a government backed development vehicle created to deliver sustainable regeneration in inner city fringe locations.

Both Isis and ECf are managed as separate joint venture undertakings.
